The MRSH JT100 is one of the most important icons of rock guitar history. It was built after the request of Pete Townsend for a louder amp, it was used by Jimi Hendrix on one of the most legendary festivals of all time - the Monterey, Eric Clapton used it in the early days of Cream and the amp, which paved the way for the company's 100w amp line, became the standard backline of all big acts that could afford them.   This amp excells at Clean, Edge of breakup and Crunch tones. Especially the Edge of breakup tones are what this specific amp is renowned for and the cleanish Strat tones you can get with it do indeed sound like early Hendrix recordings. It is a particularily grat rhythm guitar amp, but will work well for solos with a pedal in front too.   The amp captured is an authentic clone from 2011, which was built with all era correct components, including Philips Mullard caps, Erie electrolytics, Radiospares silver micas, Piher resistors, Marstran transformers wound to the exact vintage specs and Mullard preamp tubes.   The capture set includes 48 captures ranging from clean to lead tones. 6 IR's are included with the set - a MRSH Basketwaeve 4x12 cab with G12M25 75Hz Pulsonic coned peakers and the same cab with Pulsonic coned G12H30 55Hz speakers.
