This is probably one of the wildest and most unique amps in guitar amp history and we went quite a few extra miles to get the captures right.
One of the very first boutique amps ever built, the Trainwreck Express was Ken Fishers vision that was loosely based on a AB165 Fender Bassman.
It will take you from chimey clean to insane amounts of gain just by rolling your guitars volume pot and this feature is beautifully preserved in the ToneX and QC versions that we present to you.
But this insane party-trick is not the only thing that makes this amp special. The internet considers this amp to be usable only the way described above by getting clean tones by rolling back the volume pot on the guitar.
We went the extra mile and dialed it in extremely careful, literally bu fractions of the millimeter on the amps volume pot to attain some of the best clean, edge of breakup and crunch tones we have ever heard. It's not that these amps don't do it beautifully, it's just that you might never ever find that setting again.
This is a JM era extremely accurate Trainwreck Express build with Ken Fisher spec NOS tubes throughout and even old transformers. Don't miss out on this one, it will take you for a wild ride.
