CAPTURE DEMO AND PLAYTHROUGH
A very unique amp design by Matchless - the Independence 35 combines one of the best and most straight forward clean channels you will find on any amp at any price range and some of the best overdriven tones from channel II and III - all of that in one amp.
While the overdriven tones lean towards a similar style as Mark Sampson's work on the Star Sirius - a mix of Marshall and VOX, giving a velvery Marshallesque drive with some sparke characteristic of VOX amps, the clean tones on Channel I are something entierely unique to the whole Matchless world.
The set features 24 full captures of channel I, II and III, captured throug hthe Matchless 2X12 G12H & G12M cab. The mics used were 2x Royer R121, a Beyerdynamic M160 and a Neumann U87. Please refer to the full list of included captures in the product photo section.
